We Are Looking To Hire a Technology Project Manager

Consolidated Solutions, a Cleveland, OH marketing execution and technology solutions provider, is looking to hire an experienced Technology Project Manager.

The Technology Project Manager will report directly to the senior management team and will analyze our current workflows and provide details and documentation that will be used to create solutions that will improve workflow efficiencies and quality. This person will become a leader as well as a subject matter expert on our entire workflow from a client submitting a job via various platforms until it is shipped.

The manager will assist in creating designs for updated workflows that includes all necessary business requirements.  They will work directly with our technology teams to provide information needed to develop a system that meets these needs. The manager will lead and ensure all testing and stages of development meet the needs of sales/our clients and production. This person will use project management tools in order to set timelines, manage projects and ensure needed deadlines are met. The manager will implement finalized plans and communicate through training and documentation. 

This position requires: 

• Background in IT, Print or print management software
• Strong organizational and writing skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience successfully leading and managing a team with multiple projects
• Very strong communication skills – the ability to communicate with production, technology, management, clients and vendors.
• Ability to solve problems; come up with solutions to problems and communicate them to management/technology division in a comprehensive and effective manner
• Ability to collect large of amounts of information, data and put them in an easy to read, organized document.
